You've considered the idea of a group program, but you're not sure if it's actually worth it.
You're confident that you need community. You know accountability is essential to where you want to go next.
But is a faith-based mastermind really going to move the needle? Or is it just another thing to add to your already full plate?
Today, I'm pulling back the curtain and giving you a behind-the-scenes peek at what actually happens inside the Grace Space Christian Coaching Flourish Group Mastermind, and sharing some of my favorite takeaways that will help you live focused and dialed in, whether you join us or not.
The Women Inside
First, let's talk about the caliber of women inside this space.
Many of them are also 1:1 clients. Yes, they love and find value in doing BOTH group and 1:1 coaching.
One of them is Angie, a veterinarian in Texas who loved this space so much that she's joined it twice and plans to return a third time this fall.
Here's what Angie shared about our latest gathering:
"Over the past six months, the Flourish Group Mastermind through Grace Space Christian Coaching has been truly life-giving for me. What began as a space for encouragement has become a place where my faith, calling, and daily life have become more deeply rooted in Christ.
Through this community, I've learned how to slow down, listen to God's voice, and release the pressure to strive or prove myself. Instead of operating from stress or anxiety, I'm learning to live from a place of grace—trusting God's timing and His purposes for my life."
If you've ever wanted to hear more clearly from God and operate with trust and confidence in God's timing, Flourish is for you. It's a place where you'll grow deeper in faith, community, and approach work in a way that's grounded in God.
Favorite Takeaways from Our Latest Session
Here are some of the insights that came up in one of our recent gatherings that both shifted perspectives and changed how these women are showing up:
"Leave whitespace for God to move" (from colorful confidence & style coach, McKinzie Rhea) You love to plan, but what if you not only left room for, but allowed God to do the planning?
"The ability to pray boldly is rooted in relationship" Hebrews 4:16 tells us to approach the throne of grace with boldness. We workshopped on how to go deeper in relationship with Him so we can pray that way!
"Am I listening to respond or listening to understand?" Wow. Being present and surrendering the outcome showcases what growth in God can do.
"Instead of asking your husband, 'What do you need from me?,' ask 'How can I best support you today?'" The quality of your life is determined by the quality of questions you ask. Small tweaks in what you're saying or how you're saying it can change everything.
"Presence isn't doing nothing or the bare minimum. It's about doing one thing fully." Doesn't that turn your thought process inside out? What judgments do you have about presence? How can you show up differently this week because of that?
"Your life will follow your most prominent thought." Research shows that 70-80% of our thoughts are negative. What are you focusing on? What's most important to do?
Being with Jesus can look like being filled up, but it can also look like releasing. What can you leave at the foot of the cross? What can you let go of to make room for more of what matters?
"What would you be disappointed in not having done if life ended today and you hadn't accomplished or experienced?" (shared by branding designer for creatives, Riley Goodman) Whoa. What is that thing that comes to mind for you? Begin making progress NOW.
"What habit (if started or stopped) would make the biggest difference in your life at the end of the year?" This question reminds me of The Slight Edge —small changes compound over time.
Life-Changing and Life-Giving
One of my long-time clients—this summer marks five years working together 1:1 (hey McKinzie!) said this about our mastermind (her second time through!):
"Life-changing and life-giving. These connections will last forever. If you're on the fence about joining a mastermind group or faith-based community, there is nothing like it."
So, Is It Worth It?
If you're looking for:
A boost of inspiration
Community that goes deep (no time for surface-level)
Accountability that's rooted in grace, not guilt
A space to hear more clearly from God
Women who will challenge you, encourage you, and walk alongside you
Then, yes. A faith-based mastermind is absolutely worth it.
This isn't just another networking group or business strategy session. It's a place where your faith, calling, and daily life become more deeply rooted in Christ.
