Hey friend!
Maybe you’ve been following along for a bit and are in a place where you’re ready to get unstuck and see progress on your biggest goals.
But… you’re curious whether Christian coaching is the best way for you to make that happen.
Coaching is a new concept to many and it can be challenging to understand what it’s really all about.
So, to help provide you with clarity (which is what we’re all about here at Grace Space Christian Coaching!), this post shares all about who coaching IS and is NOT a fit for.
Hope you find it super helpful!

Who coaching IS a great fit for!
If you're interested in growing or have an area of your life that could improve, coaching might be for you.
If there’s something that you keep wanting to make progress on but haven't, coaching might be for you.
If you’d like to see God’s hand in your life (you know in your heart that God created you for more, but you are having trouble living out your potential), coaching might be for you.
If there’s a risk that you’ve been considering, but just haven’t taken the leap on yet (maybe you’re ready for more doing than dreaming!), coaching might be for you.
If you’re tired of feeling stagnant and going through the same routine (maybe you simultaneously feel overwhelmed yet empty), coaching may be for you.
If you’re stuck in a state of overwhelm & are having trouble using your time intentionally, coaching might be for you.
If you’re super high functioning but just feel burnt out and unfulfilled, coaching might be for you.
If you’re feeling restless, coaching might be for you.
If you’re open to new ideas and experiences, coaching might be for you.
If you’d benefit from setting boundaries, perhaps with other people or commitments, coaching might be for you.
If at least 3-5 of these statements resonate with you, then yes!, you may want to consider partnering with a Christian coach.
Who coaching is NOT a fit for!
If you aren’t open to change, coaching probably isn’t for you.
If you’re not committed to taking action and putting in work & effort, coaching probably isn’t for you.
If you need someone to check-in on you constantly, coaching probably isn’t for you.
If you’re not willing to dream or think big picture, coaching probably isn’t for you.
If you aren’t open to trusting the process, coaching probably isn’t for you.
If you aren’t willing to invest in your future, coaching probably isn’t for you.
If you’re closed minded, or aren’t willing to have open conversations, probably likely isn’t for you.
If you have a victim mentality, coaching probably isn’t for you.
If you want someone to give you specific answers or create a plan for you, coaching probably isn’t for you.
If you want someone to make decisions for you, coaching probably isn’t for you.
So there you have it!
A good candidate for coaching is focused on upleveling their life, in partnership with God.
They are excited about leading more intentional, Christ-centered lives and hope to ‘turn it up a notch,’ if you will!
Coaching empowers you to discover your personal best answers and solutions. As a coach, I’m more so your guide who equips you to arrive at your best solution; rather than the expert who gives you a laundry list of to-do’s.
Coaching is about recognizing there's room for improvement and being excited about the possibility for a better life. My clients want to create a life they (& He!) love built on their core values and their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Christian coaching will give you the tools, confidence, and clarity to move forward in a meaningful way.
If this sounds like something you need, let’s talk!
We can meet for 45 minutes over a complimentary clarity call to give you a taste of what Christian coaching is all about and give you the chance to learn what it’d be like to have your very own Christian life coach.

Joyfully in Christ,
Alexandra
