What's included in my membership?

• Join us through 3 or 6 months of support through monthly group coaching teachings, hot seat style sessions, and more

• Here’s what we focus on:

  • Community (intentional questions to create connection with the women inside in a way that’s fast and deep and will surprise and delight you in the best of ways)

  • Faith (cultivating growth in Christ, activations, faith building exercises)

  • Work (think hot seat style, coaching, mastermind type conversation to grow while grounded in God)

• A surprise or two!

What is the time commitment?

Members have the option to join for 3 or 6 months.​

​

Each month, members meet through a group coaching session teaching on one of our three core topics, a hot seat session, and member accountability gathering.

​

Encouragement and engagement is so valued and celebrated inside Flourish that when members participate in all 3 engagements that month, they have the option to unlock a 30 minute 1:1 session with Alexandra to be used in alignment with our monthly topic (valued at $297!)

What types of women join?

Primarily business owners, content creators, and professionals (doctors, therapists, corporate employees)​​ join Flourish!

​

Most women who join have been in business for at least two years

(but usually less than 10).​

​

The majority of women in our cohorts are in their 30s & early 40s,

although all ages are welcome to apply.

What are examples of how community is cultivated in Flourish?

• "I loved getting to be connected with one of my Flourish sisters while she had her baby." That was so so special, we were texting while she was in the hospital and I got to send her some coffee and just chat through how she was doing in those early PP days. She truly felt like an old friend!"

• "My Flourish cohort has truly been such a light in giving me the ins and outs to how they are running insanely successful influencer businesses!"

• "It was so neat to be able to share my story of infertility and then experience God providing in the middle of our experience together."

• "I was anticipation of my son being medically discharged from the Navy and the whole process of not knowing if/when he would and just how difficult it was having him away when he wasn’t getting the medical help he needed. Flourish is built on 3 pillars - faith, work, and community - to support you in living the focused and fulfilled life you crave.​ It offers the option to grow in community with like-minded women with similar goals which can accelerate growth.

What sets Grace Space Christian Coaching's group program apart? 

You have the opportunity to receive access to Alexandra in monthly 1:1 sessions aligned to our topic of the month to complement your group experience.

​

Space is limited as the heart of this group is to be a small, intimate space where you deeply connect with the women inside.

You can expect about about six women inside each cohort.

Applications are prayed over - the hope is that the women who the Lord is calling to be here, are.

 

Flourish provides a safe place to cultivate community, your faith, and your business. 

 

We’ll have intentional structure for our monthly meetings, honoring and respecting your time and one another’s.
