About Alexandra & Coaching
Alexandra is trained as a certified professional life coach, master certified coach, certified group coach, and certified laser coach through the Christian Coach Institute and World Coach Institute and has also earned her PCC title (Professional Certified Coach) through the International Coaching Federation.
She helps her clients to get clear on their personal and professional goals and create strategies & new ways of thinking so that they can get from where they are to where they want to go, while keeping God at the center of it all.

Definitely the sense of peace and closeness to God that each session yielded.
My overall favorite part of participating in Flourish was the instant friendships that were built and tended to with like-minded Christian women.
I enjoyed a peek into the world of coaching for the first time. Seeing how set-aside time with guided reflection and thoughtful insight from others allowed me to slow down, zoom out on life, and find clarity.
having so many valuable "aha" moments from hearing about the other girls' experiences and life learnings.
There was an "ease" within our group. One where transparency, vulnerability and encouragement seemed effortless and authentic.
What sets Flourish apart compared with other online experiences?
Community and intention. I've done a few other programs online, and this has been the best of creating intentional community with the ability to connect outside of the sessions.
The nature of the group being rooted in Christ, the accountability element of our group, and the surveys/take-away action items to solidify the goals we each set - it is extremely rare to find all of that in one package, and I think it is such a beautiful gift that Alexandra has in Christ to not only be able to tie all of that together, but to do so impactfully, where it has transformed each member of the group
the accountability conversations in between meetings are amazing to get vulnerable and honest and deeper than the surface with our faith and action items
The reflection questions that we went through to apply God's word to my personal situation. I have never heard any pastor anywhere show me how to do this. I am communing with God's word in a way that I never have before.
Christ-Centered community that also supports business dreams. Feels like in many other places it's one or the other (Jesus OR a "girl boss") - but here we could be both!
I love the structure! Often being a part of meetings that get off track, don't end on time, or one person dominates it. This is the 1st group I've been a part of where those things were well-managed. They may be small things, but I get very distracted by them so the respect for everyone's time and space was paramount for me. Instructions, expectations were clear.
Who are the women who typically join?
Primarily business owners, but professionals (therapists, doctors, etc.) love Flourish too
The majority of women in our cohorts are in their 30s & early 40s
What are examples of how community is cultivated in Flourish?
I loved getting to be connected with one of my Flourish sisters while she had her baby. That was so so special, we were texting while she was in the hospital and I got to send her some coffee and just chat through how she was doing in those early PP days. She truly felt like an old friend!
My Flourish cohort has truly been such a light in giving me the ends and outs to how they are running insanely successful influencer businesses!
It was so neat to be able to share my story of infertility and then experience God providing in the middle of our experience together.
I was anticipation of my son being medically discharged from the Navy and the whole process of not knowing if/when he would and just how difficult it was having him away when he wasn’t getting the medical help he needed. My girls were beyond supportive in praying for this with me and were excited with me as I learned the date he would be arriving home. Their matching excitement to mine had me texting pictures of my sweet boy the same night he arrived home to our group chat and each of these women instantly replied with the most wonderful words of joy! It’s what I love about this group…we get excited when another is excited, yet also we quickly can become prayer warriors when difficult news arrives.
I'm driving through Charlotte in April and am excited to see a few of the girls in my cohort!

McKinzie has been so special and timely! She has been such an encouragement in the things I am working through in the mastermind, 1 v 1 coaching and even topics from recent therapy sessions. She feels like a sister! We got very real very quickly, and I genuinely feel like she cares so deeply for my life and my growth. That has been such a gift and so beyond special!
How do members' faith grow through Flourish?
I am so thankful for Him and his sweetness in my life and business, and how it's connected me with so many powerhouse women with all sorts of different strengths. I feel confident in what I do, and my ability to use my platform for sharing His love.
The fact that Jesus is always surprising me, and showing me things I didn't expect, yet were *just* what I needed in that moment. Also, being reminded that He hears my prayers, and is always, always working in the background, and right in front of me, on my behalf!
There's less pressure for it to be polished. It's been incredibly foundational and also encouraging to release the pressure of having the perfect quiet time rhythm or prayers when you see other women alongside of you having flourishing relationships with Him
dComing from a season of a hardened heart toward religious-y things, I was grateful for a different setting to talk about faith. It allowed me to slowly rebuild my desire for time in scripture and allowing me to know that doesn't have to look or function in the same way it used to in my life.
The experience in Flourish demonstrated to me how there truly are women out there who want to grow together & build friendship rooted in Christ & can bring so much meaning & purpose to life through that time spent together in friendship and conversation.
This has has typically fallen to the backburner for me in terms of goals & desires because of not really experiencing impactful community during friendships or church growing up.
I’ve never been closer! The difference mostly being prayer life- the walls have been torn down and communication is more vulnerable, authentic and bold.
I am diving into the word of God more and applying it to my life in a new way.
It really helped me to refocus and re-prioritize him and carve out time for him in my schedule

This group has led me to look for Jesus more in the people around me-- which is a slightly new way of thinking for me! I've realized that Jesus can show up through other's actions, and the similarities and learnings we share with each other, which makes it feel like Jesus is among us on Earth.
I love seeing God's faithfulness in my life. He continually places the right people at the right time with the right words in my life if I simply am willing and open to receiving them.

What sets Grace Space Christian Coaching apart?
