WHAT IS COACHING
"It is never too late to hit reset."
- Rach Kincaid
Do you feel fear, failure, comparison, or a desire for control or perfection?
Do you crave change, but are unsure of what that might look like, or how to take the first step?
Do you need more focus, encouragement, and accountability in your life?
Transformation IS within reach, and with God, it absolutely can happen.
If any of this is speaking directly to your heart, Christian coaching may be for you.
"I can go further and faster with someone coaching me than I can on my own."
- Andy Stanley
So you might be wondering, what's Christian coaching like?
We’ll talk through where you are, and where you want to be.
We'll dig into who God created you to be, how that'll help you to reach those big dreams He's placed on your heart, and how He'll fill in the gaps where you feel like you're not enough.
I’ll also ask you questions, ones that will cause you to pause and hear from God in profound ways maybe unlike ever before.
We’ll uncover what you might need to let go of, and what you need more of in your life.
We’ll create a plan of action that will work for you, and one that proactively prepares for any obstacles that you might encounter along the way.
Throughout the coaching process, you can also expect me to hold you accountable. Coaching requires your commitment and dedication to work.
I’ll provide you with lots of encouragement through this period of growth (you will feel so loved & cared for!). I know first-hand that recognizing your strengths can help you discover success like you’ve never imagined.
To sum it up, Christian coaching gives you clarity, support, and accountability so that you can walk well the path that He’s set out before you.
You'll experience a sweet closeness with Jesus, along with results that will surprise you in the best possible way.
So set a fire down in my soul
That I can't contain and I can't control
I want more of You, God
I want more of You, God

What is this all about?Sister, I hear you. I feel you. I understand how deeply you desire to been known, seen, loved & accepted. Through Jesus, we can have all these things. Sweet friend, remember that God sent Jesus- His one and only son, to die on a cross for us. Through Jesus, we know God. (John 3:16) Let’s break the chains that are separating you from this truth, so that you can rest in a deep understanding & acceptance as a beloved daughter of Christ. Taste and see that the Lord is good. (Psalm 34:8) Remember that He is perfect so that we don't have to be. God’s grace is sufficient for you, for His power is made perfect in weakness. (2 Corinthians 2:19) Begin this journey by resting in your identity in Christ... As Michelle Myers, founder of She Works His Way says, “God has to work in us before He can work through us.” “In my Father’s house, there’s a place for me. I’m a child of God yes I am.” - Who You Say I Am by Hillsong Worship Want more scripture truth to fill your heart, sweet sister? Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. (Ephesians 1:4) You have been set apart as holy to the LORD your God, and he has chosen you from all the nations of the earth to be his own special treasure. (Deuteronomy 14:2) God loves you and has chosen you as his own special people. So be gentle, kind, humble, meek, and patient. (Colossians 3:12)
